Rooms never exceed 10. Application only.
If you're a dad... stop losing time you'll never get back.
A small room of vetted dads who meet weekly and hold each other to what they said they'd do. Show up with the thing you keep putting off, leave with people who won't let you drop it again.
Small rooms. Weekly accountability. Start when you're ready.
Someday isn't a plan. It's a place good dads go to disappear.
Be More Present
Put the phone down. Close the laptop. Take your wife on a real date again. Learn to actually be in the room with the people who need you most.
Move on What Matters
Career change. Your health. The hard conversation you've been avoiding. Whatever your "someday" is, this is where it becomes a next step.
Stay in the Fight
Accountability partners who text and call, especially on the nights it would be easier to slide. A community of dads who get it. You won't drift back to autopilot.
Why This Works
Two or three other dads who know exactly what you said you'd do this week. Not acquaintances, not an app, guys who check in on you and expect an answer. Every week, you bring it to the full roundtable, men working through the same thing you are, so you're not carrying fatherhood alone. No app, no tracker, no gimmick, just people who won't let you go quiet.
How the Rooms Work
A room never goes past 10 dads. When one fills, I split it and start another.
That number isn't arbitrary. At 10, every dad speaks every week. I can hold all of you in my head, remember what you said last Tuesday, and ask you about it by name. Past that, guys start sitting quiet with their camera on, and a dad who can hide in a room isn't getting anything out of being in it.
You also get two or three other dads inside your room who check in on you between calls and expect an answer. Not twelve acquaintances. Not an app. Two guys who know exactly what you said you'd do this week.
How It Works
No modules. No workbooks. Weekly check-in calls with two other dads and the full roundtable.
Accountability Onboarding
A 45-minute 1:1 with Nick to find what's really in the way, build your plan against it, and name the one thing you're going to be accountable for.
Weekly Group Calls
Your room meets every week, same day, same time. You hear how the other guys are actually doing, work through what is hard, and get sharpened by dads walking the same road.
Community Platform
Access to our community platform for support and accountability when you need it most. Share a win, ask for help, and stay connected with the other dads between calls.

Hey there,
I was 50 hours into a graduate degree towards becoming a therapist when I walked away. I didn't believe the program was built to actually serve men, not the way I thought men needed to be served. So I left.
I'd already been coaching men since 2010, starting in the Marine Corps. In 2018, I started my first men's group after watching the same pattern show up everywhere I looked, college roommates, Marines I served with, coworkers. Different lives, same quiet struggle. Good at their jobs. Leading teams, hitting numbers, getting promoted. And then arriving at the thing they'd worked toward, only to feel unfulfilled by it, and distracted and disengaged at home. Same pattern, different guy: the marriage that's coasting, the body he's stopped taking care of, the drink doing more work than it should, the job he keeps telling himself he'll finally go after. Nobody around you is going to say that out loud, without anyone holding them accountable to being present, to building a life of intention instead of just success on paper.
Nobody around you is going to say that out loud. That's the gap this roundtable closes. Not another podcast to listen to alone. A small roundtable of men who know exactly what you said you'd do this week, and expect an answer.

You don't need more advice. You need people who won't let you slide.
Is This You?
This is for you if:
- You feel the pull between being the provider and being present, and you're done letting one win by default
- You lead a team, run a business, or carry real responsibility at work
- You're willing to show up every week, for yourself and for the roundtable, no excuses
- You're willing to be uncomfortable, because comfortable is what got you here
- You're willing to be vulnerable with men who aren't your wife, your therapist, or your buddy from college
- You actually want to grow, not just talk about growing
This isn't for you if:
- You want a casual chat group with no stakes
- You're not willing to be on camera and show up weekly
- You want advice without being willing to act on it
- You're not willing or able to invest in yourself financially
- You're looking for a place to vent instead of a place to change

How to Join
Not every dad is a fit for this roundtable, and that's the point.
Apply
A short application. What you're actually avoiding, and why now. I read every one myself.
Application Call
A real conversation with me, not a pitch. We figure out together whether this is the right room for you and the right season for it. If it isn't, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Accountability Onboarding
A 45-minute 1:1 with me. We find what's really in the way, build the plan against it, and name the one thing you're going to be accountable for. You walk out of this call knowing exactly what you're committing to.
Your First Call
You're in the next weekly call. No waiting for a cohort to form, no start date to work around. You commit to 90 days so the room can count on you.
Month to Month
After 90 days you're month to month. Stay as long as it's working. Leave when it isn't.
FAQ
Not Ready To Apply Yet?
Start with the tracker I give every dad who joins. Ninety days, two boxes a day: no alcohol, and thirty minutes of real presence with your kids. It goes on the fridge where your family can see it, which is the entire point.
Stop saying someday. Start this week.
